About The Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School  

The Program on Negotiation is an internationally renowned center for the development of negotiation theory and practice. Based at Harvard Law School, the Program on Negotiation is a collaborative effort among faculty at Harvard, MIT, Tufts and other Boston-area universities to design, implement and evaluate improved negotiation and dispute resolution practices. Its ongoing projects include the Dispute Resolution Project, the Global Negotiation Project, the Harvard Negotiation Project, the Harvard Negotiation Research Project, the MIT-Harvard Public Disputes Program, the Negotiation Roundtable, the Program on Negotiations in the Workplace, the Project on International Institutions and Conflict Management, the Project on the Psychological Processes of Negotiation, the quarterly Negotiation Journal, and the monthly Negotiation Newsletter.
