The Leadership Program is designed for managers and executives who want to improve their leadership and interpersonal skills. Applicants should have significant responsibility and experience, in the private, public, or nonprofit sector. Participants in the program come from many sectors and are diverse in their work experience and management level.

Upon successful completion, students will receive an executive certificate from the Yale School of Management.
